We love that you're a new guest at our salon! We want you to have an unforgettable experience. Below are a few things that you should know prior to your salon visit.

To help you achieve your dream hair we ask that all new clients book a consultation. This ensures ample time for us to get to know each other without disrupting the time scheduled for your service.
** Consultations are complimentary when booked with a salon service**

Appointments
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to all guests, the salon requires 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.

In the event you are unable to give 24 hours notice a fee of 50% your total scheduled services will be applied and charged to the card on file.

If no notice is given, a fee of 100% your total scheduled services will be applied and charged to the card on file.

**Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure the next client's appointment is not delayed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee will apply.

Adjustments
Blonde Revival Hair & Co.'s main goal is for all guests to love their hair! We understand that occasionally an adjustment may be needed. We do ask that you contact the salon within 48 hours to schedule an adjustment visit. All adjustment visits must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment.
Please note, we do not offer refunds, adjustment visits based on the original appointment goals are complimentary. If the hair has been altered at home, adjusted by another salon or the original goal has changed additional charges will apply.

**Retail products that have been purchased at the salon and that are unopened/unused may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Products that have been opened and or used may only be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for an item of equal value.
